They grow so fast!
Many of the tiny kegos have lost their hairiness and more than doubled in size.
And they’re chewing their leaves into lace!
Almost dead-center, you can see a tiny, new-hatched one; the others are a day or two days older. Clearly, they’ve been eating well.
They are, however, still small in the overall scheme of things!
They are insanely cute tiny bugs.
You have to see them do the Food Dance.
I walk into the room with mulberry leaves, and I think they can SMELL them… you open their container, and they raise their heads up and wave them back and forth, like tiny cobras.
If I could figure out how to make the camera create a decent-sized (instead of insanely huge!) file, I’d put video on the net…
Have I told you recently how incredibly interesting and cool this is? 🙂
BTW, thanks for putting the dime in the picture. It helped put things in perspective. You must have a pretty good camera to get such good photos out?
It’s a decent one… a Canon Power Shot S20 – but not a really fancy one. That’s the reason I get blur when I get too close!
