The Incestuous Romance Ballad

I’m at Mom and Dad’s house, in the living room, talking to a guy about getting together to read through a Romance ballad. He is some sort of distant relative of mine, like a second or third cousin. It seems like we’re agreeing to incest, like we’re going to act out the ballad – and it feels weird. He has a bunch of sheet music, and I look it and ask him if he can sing the parts, because I can’t pick them out quickly. We go into the green bedroom, and I think we’re going to practice in there.
